Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and order total. Processing time is between 3-5 business days and shipping is estimated between 5-10 business days. All shipping orders will come with a tracking number.

Free Shipping on orders above $300 for Canadian addresses.

For orders over $300 for the United States please email us at whitewillowloft@gmaail.com and we can look into better shipping rates for you. Please note international orders may result in additional charges and duties that White Willow Loft with NOT be responsible for.

We offer free pick up at our store front location.
